How I Help People and Companies
Awareness & Validation of Value, Vision, & Direction
Everyone has an inner badass and we need to reconnect with that person. The day-to-day demands of our busy lives can all-to-often drive us to lose sight of the value we hold, what we want, and can even lead some to falsely develop self-perceived limitations. No matter where we stand in life, it is always beneficial to have an object partner to help us to truly see ourselves, believe in ourselves, and step into who we need to be to get where we want to be.
Positioning & Strategy
Knowing who we are and what we want is only part of the battle. For example, in a job search, we should preemptively prepare for all the directions we could head by understanding who can best use our value, who may be dealing with the problems we’ve solved, how to uncover these target employers & opportunities, and how we should approach them.
Messaging, Brand Storytelling, & Projection
When communicating our story, we often focus on our past when it’s the future that matters. In the case of a job search, we should ask: “Am I projecting myself as the square peg for the square hole that the hiring team requires?”. Accomplishing this takes clarity, context, and showcasing how you’ll move the needle. This formula also holds true for personal goals: By being or projecting ourselves as the person we desire to become and doing the work to make it happen — we will undoubtedly realize the life we intended to create.
Action, Accountability, & Calibration
Could a salesperson make their quota without making a phone call or having a meeting? Sure, but it’s not likely. The same goes for achieving a goal or landing a career opportunity. Many find themselves stuck in preparation overload, following old patterns, or fearing rejection. My goal is to break down big goals into digestible action plans and playbooks using a fun coaching approach while ensuring that clients continuously adapt, remain accountable, and experience real results.
